Founding of BONAFIDE LOGISTIC AG, responsible for distribution logistics.
2014
BONAFIDE LOGISTIC AG is integrated into the Swedish company Loomis AB.
2016
Loomis AB has decided to focus on the valuables business as the core business in the future. Rhenus Alpina AG (www.ch.rhenus.com) will be taking over BONAFIDE LOGISTIC AG, for developing the General Cargo business sustainably for the benefit of their clients and partners.
2017
New logistics site in Basel for BONAFIDE LOGISTIC AG. Due to the acquisition by Rhenus Alpina AG, BONAFIDE LOGISTIC AG can move at the Rhenus logistics centre at the Rhine harbour.
